EnerNOC Sells to Enel Group for More Than $300 Million

Cooley advised EnerNOC on its agreement to be acquired by the Enel Group, a global energy company based in Italy, for more than $300 million, including EnerNOC’s net debt. The transaction is expected to close in Q3.
