Cooley advised Tenable, a cybersecurity and exposure management company, on its definitive agreement to acquire Ermetic, an Israel-based, fully integrated, cloud-native application protection platform company and leading provider of cloud infrastructure entitlement management, for a purchase price of $265 million, consisting of approximately $240 million in cash and $25 million in restricted stock and restricted stock units.
